Deep Tech that Turns Plastic Back into Life

Low-temperature pyrolysis and integrated systems designed for both land and sea.

Haily Technology Banner

Our core technology is low-temperature pyrolysis, a thermal process that breaks down plastic waste into:

usable fuels / oils,

industrial feedstocks, and

other by-products that can be reused or refined.

Key principles:

Operates at lower temperatures than conventional incineration.

Designed to minimise harmful secondary emissions.

Modular and scalable — suitable for urban sites, ports, and, in future, marine platforms.

Haily Waste to Value Streams

From Waste Streams to Value Streams

  • Plastic waste feedstock from cities, coastal regions, and ports
  • Organic waste for complementary energy or soil-regenerative pathways
  • Smart controls and data logging for transparency, auditing, and optimisation
  • Integration with renewables and storage on land and sea platforms

The Thousand Ships Roadmap

Haily 4 Phases
Phase 1 – Urban & Industrial Deployment

Prove pyrolysis economics and reliability on land: cities, industrial zones, ports, and properties.

Phase 2 – Coastal & Port-Integrated Systems

Launch systems near coastal communities and port infrastructure to begin intercepting and processing marine plastics.

Phase 3 – Sea-Based Vessels & Platforms

Develop and test self-sustaining vessels with:

  • onboard plastic harvesting,

  • onboard pyrolysis for energy and fuel,

  • modular life-support and habitation systems.

Phase 4 – Scaling the Fleet

Collaborate with shipbuilders, governments, climate funds, and communities to expand toward a global fleet of climate-resilient vessels.
